Cheese curds are made with 100% Canadian milk. Ideal cheese to garnish poutines, salads or to serve as a snack. In Québec, our cheese curds are sold and served daily fresh. Outside of Québec, the curds are available cold or frozen (IQF). We currently export frozen poutine cheese curds in France (LMC Gourmet / Groupe Beauvallet) because French restaurants want to offer the authentic Québec poutine experience to their customers.
