For its 22nd edition, SIAL Innovation showcased the most forward-thinking products in the food and beverage industry since 2024. This prestigious competition recognized products that introduced something new or different to the North American market, reflected emerging trends, and brought added value to consumers and businesses.
An independent jury of international experts, co-chaired by Xavier Terlet (ProtéinesXTC) and Jo-Ann McArthur (Nourish Food Marketing), evaluated the products based on criteria such as recipe and composition, packaging, marketing positioning, and manufacturing process.
