SIAL Podcast host The Food Professor

For the fourth edition of the SIAL Podcast, SIAL Canada welcomed The Food Professor Podcast live on-site. Attendees had the opportunity to listen in via headphones as host Dr. Sylvain Charlebois and Michael LeBlanc interviewed food innovators, entrepreneurs, and leading voices from the industry — including creators, manufacturers, and trendsetters.

Together, they examined current issues shaping the food industry and gave the floor to the Gold Award winners of the Startup Pitch Competition, SIAL Innovation, and International Cheese Competition.
