Challenge 1 – Themed Cheese Platter: Cultural Mosaic of Canada

Meet the candidates and jury members as the competition officially kicks off and four timed challenges await.

Challenge 1: Candidates have one hour to create an artistic cheese platter inspired by Canada's cultural mosaic.

The board must include 20 cheeses: 10 Canadian and 10 AOP, artfully cut or sculpted on site. Judged on product selection, aging quality, cutting technique, labelling, and artistic harmony.
